Enter Voting PortalWhat You Need to Prepare
Student Number
Your officially registered PLTCGI student number (e.g., 21-12345).
Voter Slip
Your physical slip containing the secure QR code with 6-character access PIN.
Working Camera
A smartphone or laptop with a functional front camera for the security audit photo.
How to Cast Your Ballot
Verify Your Identity
Tap "Enter Voting Portal" and type in your student number. The system will look you up in the official college registry.
Authenticate
Allow camera access to scan the QR code on your voter slip, or tap "Enter Code Manually" to type in your 6-character access PIN.
Make Your Selections
Choose your preferred candidate for each position. If you do not wish to vote for a specific position, select the Abstain option.
Capture Security Photo & Submit
Review your choices carefully. Look directly at your camera to capture your security audit photo, then tap submit. Your choices cannot be changed after submission.
Save Your Receipt
Take a screenshot or write down the unique Ballot Receipt Code provided at the end. This is your proof of participation.
Important Guidelines
- One Vote per Position: Each registered student may only cast a single vote for each available position on the council.
- Strict Anonymity: Your vote choices are completely anonymous. The system does not link your identity or your security photo to the candidates you select.
- Single Use Codes: Your access PIN and QR code can only be used once. Do not share your slip with anyone.
- Staggered Voting: To maintain system stability, please log in during your designated year-level time slot as announced by the CSC.
