Make sure you have everything ready to cast your ballot.
Your physical voter slip contains a QR code that verifies your eligibility.
Allow camera access for the security photo and QR code scanning.
Know your student number and the one-time access code from your slip.
How we collect, use, and protect your information during the CSC Elections 2026.
To authenticate you as a registered voter, we collect your student number and verify it against the official voter registry provided by the College Registrar.
A one-time access code is issued to each voter via a physical voter slip. This code is cryptographically hashed and cannot be reused once consumed.
A webcam photograph is captured at the time of ballot submission solely as an audit measure for the Election Committee. It is never used for facial recognition or identity profiling.
Your vote choices are completely anonymous. The system stores ballots in a separate database table with no foreign key linking a voter's identity to their selections.
The receipt code you receive after voting proves participation only — it cannot be used to reveal or change your specific votes.
Voter registry data is sourced from the Registrar and is not stored permanently by this system — it is read at authentication time only.
Audit photographs are retained for 60 days after the election, after which they are permanently deleted by the Technical Committee.
If you have concerns about your data, contact the CSC Election Committee at csc.elections@pltcgi.edu.ph.
